Build me a self hostable file sharing app like Transfer.zip, something people can use instead of WeTransfer or Smash.

I want two ways to send files. One should be a quick transfer mode where files go directly between two browsers, with end to end encryption and a QR code or share link so the other person can join. The other should be a normal stored transfer mode where uploads can be resumed if the connection drops, and the files expire and get deleted later.

Make it feel polished and simple for normal users, with a clean landing page, a transfer page, and basic account or admin setup for self hosting. It should support branding like a custom icon and background, and sending email notifications for transfers if that fits. Use reliable uploads, and make it work with local storage or an S3 compatible bucket.
