Build me a working self hosted version of Huly from this repo.

I want to be able to install it, start it locally with Docker, and open the main app in the browser without having to figure out all the setup myself. Please make sure the project builds cleanly, the local development flow works, and any missing setup steps are handled in a simple way. If there are environment variables, migrations, or data setup steps needed, wire them up so a normal developer can follow along easily.
