Build me a simple Prayer Time web app as a plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript project. I want someone to open the page and quickly see today’s Islamic prayer times in a clean, calm layout that works nicely on mobile and desktop.

The page should show the main prayers like Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha, plus the current date. Let the user enter a city or use their current location if the browser allows it, then update the times for that place. If location access is denied, just let them type a city manually.

Please make it feel polished but not complicated, with readable cards, a nice background, and clear loading and error messages. Keep everything in the existing simple static files, no backend needed. If you need a prayer times API or calculation method, look up current docs online and use something reliable.
