Build me a self hosted security camera app that can connect to an RTSP or other camera feed, watch it live in a browser, and automatically detect and track people or objects in the video.

I want the app to save event clips, let me search through past events, and send mobile notifications when something important happens. Those notifications should be smart enough to include a short AI summary of what was detected. It should also have a simple web dashboard where I can view the live stream, browse events, and play back clips.
