Build me a resume tailoring tool that takes a job description and my existing resume, then rewrites the resume to better match the role and also creates a matching cover letter. It’s really important that it only uses information already in the resume and never invents skills, jobs, dates, numbers, or achievements.

I want three ways to use it. A simple local web app where I can upload files or paste text, a command line version for quick runs, and a browser only page I can host on GitHub Pages that works without my own backend. The browser version should let me paste an API key, upload or paste the resume and job description, and download both outputs as PDFs. The local and CLI versions should also handle richer file types, support pulling a job description from a URL, and optionally log each run to Notion.
