Build me a small desktop app that sits in the Mac notch, and also has a Windows version for the edge of the desktop, that shows my GitHub Copilot usage at a glance. I want it to watch Copilot CLI and VS Code locally, then display simple stats like tokens used, model usage, live sessions, and how close each session is to running out of context. It should nudge me when a session needs attention or is done.

Please keep it privacy friendly, so my prompts, code, and responses are never saved, only the usage numbers and model names. I’d also like a history view with daily token charts and model breakdowns, plus a clean usage panel I can open quickly from the app. If you need to check current docs or APIs, look them up online.
