Build me a web app called Spandan for live classroom polling and question generation.

I want teachers to be able to sign in, create a room, and share a join code with students. In the room, teachers should be able to ask multiple choice or open ended questions, see answers come in live, and approve responses when needed. Students should be able to join a room, answer questions from their phone or laptop, and see their own history. Make the results update in real time so everyone can watch the response count change live.

Please include a simple dashboard for both teachers and students, dark and light mode, and a clean responsive layout that works well on mobile. There should also be audio transcription support so a teacher can turn spoken input into a question idea. Use login with roles, and keep the app backed by a Node and Express server with a database, plus real time updates with sockets. If you need to check current docs for any libraries, do that.
