Build me a sleek Notion inspired todo app with a modern, polished interface and light and dark mode support. I want users to be able to add, edit, mark complete, and delete tasks, with the data syncing to Notion when I connect my own Notion page and API key. If Notion isn’t set up, the app should still work in the browser with local caching so I can test it without a backend.

Make it responsive, easy to use, and visually clean, with the kind of smooth UI you’d expect from a well designed productivity app. I’d like the main todo list to be the focus, with simple controls and a nice empty state when there are no tasks. Please set it up so it runs locally with a dev server, and make sure it’s ready to deploy to Vercel with environment variables for the Notion credentials.
