Build me a self hosted RustDesk server that I can run on my own machine or VPS so people can connect to each other remotely through my server.

I want it to include the two main services, one for device sign in and connection setup, and one for relaying traffic when direct connection does not work, plus a small command line utility for basic server tasks. Make it easy to install, configure, and run with environment variables or a config file, and include clear docs for common setup options like ports, keys, logging, and relay settings. If it makes sense, add support for running it with Docker and system services too.
