Build me a Flutter app called EWUmate for students to browse university courses and graduate programs in a simple, friendly way.

I want the main app to let users search, filter, and view course and program details from the data already in the project, with clean screens for course lists, program lists, and detail pages. If possible, include sign in and basic user account features, plus a way to save or track courses a student cares about.

Also build a small admin area so staff can manage course and program data, upload updates, and keep everything in sync with the backend. Use the existing backend setup in the repo if it helps, and look up current docs online if you need to. Make it feel polished on mobile first, but keep it working on web too.
