Build me a simple language learning app called lang_assist. I want it to feel more personal than the usual language apps, focused on helping someone get comfortable with real social conversations quickly.

A user should be able to choose the language they want to learn, say what kind of social situations they care about, like meeting new people, networking, travel, or casual chats, and then get short practice sessions built around that. Include useful phrases, quick vocabulary, example conversations, little quizzes, and prompts where the user can type their own response and compare it with a better version.

Keep the first version clean and easy to use. Add a basic progress view so users can see what they practiced and what they should review. Use sample lesson content so I can try it right away, but make it easy to add more later. If you need current docs for setup, look them up online.
