Build me the omega project as a deterministic physics kernel with a Bitcoin anchored genesis and local verification.

I want the core system to run exactly the same way every time, with integer only logic, signed oracle claims, and tests that prove the genesis hash and other invariants are correct. It should be possible to run the full local test suite, verify the frozen identity, and inspect the traces so I can trust the output without trusting the host machine.

If the repo already includes the Rust kernel, the TypeScript pieces, the web viewer, and the ZK proof flow, wire them together so I can run and verify the whole thing from one project. Keep anything experimental clearly marked if it is not fully live yet, and make sure the honest status of each part is obvious in the app and docs.
