Build me an advanced security auditing tool in Python. It should be a command-line script that I can use to scan any website for Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities.

When I give it a URL, it needs to start by crawling the whole site to find all the pages and parameters. The key feature is that it should be smart—instead of just randomly trying pre-made attacks, I want it to analyze the page's context and then generate custom payloads that are likely to actually work. It should also be able to detect if there's a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and try to bypass it.
