Build me a blood donation website called Project R.

I want a clean, responsive site where people can register as donors, log in, reset their password if they forget it, and then use a dashboard to request blood or offer a donation. The app should keep track of each user’s profile, donation history, current requests, and any reports they submit about suspicious users or activity.

Please also include admin and staff features, like managing users, approving or rejecting donations, handling requests, and reviewing reports. The navigation should change based on whether someone is logged in and what role they have. Users should be able to edit their profile, change their password, and see their own records easily.

Use the existing project structure and make it work end to end with a Flask backend, MySQL database, and a simple Bootstrap based front end. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead.
