Build me a simple web app for reviewing code in a clean, modern way.

I want users to be able to paste in code or a link, start a review, and then see clear feedback about possible issues, improvements, and what looks good. Make it feel like a polished dashboard with a homepage, a main review screen, and a place to view past reviews. Add a way to save review history so users can come back to it later.

Keep the design minimal and easy to use, with a nice loading state and empty states when there is no review yet. If it helps, use current best practices and look up any docs online you need to. Please wire up the app so it feels complete enough to demo, even if some parts are mocked for now, and make sure the code is organized cleanly so it’s easy to extend later.
