Build me a simple web app for tracking chanda records and expenses for a small organization.

I want it to let me add donation income from people, record expenses, and see everything in a clean dashboard so it’s easy to understand where money is coming from and where it’s going. The UI should be responsive and simple to use on both desktop and mobile, with a nice Bootstrap look.

Please make it as a Flask app with a clean blueprint structure, and use SQLite for storage so it’s lightweight and easy to set up. I also want an initial setup flow where I can enter the database name, admin username and password, fiscal year, and company or organization details before starting the app.
