Build me a full stack ecommerce app called ShopNest with a clean customer storefront and a separate admin dashboard.

Customers should be able to browse products, open a product detail page, add and remove items from a cart, sign up and log in, verify their account with an OTP, reset forgotten passwords, place orders, and view their order history and profile. If payment settings are added, use Razorpay for checkout. For product images, set it up so admins can upload them through Cloudinary.

On the admin side, I want simple tools to create, edit, and delete products, manage orders and users, and see basic sales analytics. Use a modern React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB. Keep the app easy to run locally, with clear env setup and a dev mode that starts both sides together.
