Build me a Python 3.11 command line tool for automated reconnaissance and attack surface discovery, meant for bug bounty and penetration testing use.

I want it to feel like a real framework, with a clean CLI, a modular plugin style structure, and separate recon phases that can run independently or all together. It should support multithreaded execution, basic colored logging, progress updates, and a shared context so modules can pass results along the pipeline.

Please include support for common recon tasks like passive discovery, subdomain and web target discovery, infrastructure checks, and then generate polished output in several formats, including HTML, JSON, CSV, TXT, and Markdown. A simple dashboard or summary report would be great too.
