Build me a coding practice platform for my college students.

I want a clean web app where students can sign in with their college email, browse programming problems, write code in an online editor, run it against sample input, and submit it to be judged. Admins should be able to create and publish problems, add hidden test cases, and schedule weekly contests from draft problems. There should also be a contest leaderboard, recent submissions, and a simple community board for sharing updates.

Please make it work end to end with a React frontend and a Node backend, with real persistence for problems, users, submissions, sessions, and rankings. I also want email OTP login, basic admin access control, and background judging so submissions do not block the app. Use the built in online compiler service for code execution, and keep the UI responsive on mobile and desktop with a light and dark theme.
