Build me a simple backend for a Club Khata app for Saraswati Puja.

I want it to let me keep track of members, money collected, expenses, and the current balance in one place. Make it easy to add a new member, record who has paid, add an expense with a note, and see a summary of everything for the club. It should have clean API endpoints that a frontend can use later, and it should store the data properly so it does not disappear when the server restarts.

Please set it up in a way that is easy to run locally, with a clear server entry point and whatever basic project structure makes sense.
