Build me a web app where people can jump into a shared coding room and work together in real time.

I want users to create or join a room with a unique room code, see who else is in the room, and edit the same project at the same time with instant syncing. It should support multiple files and folders, with the ability to create, open, edit, save, delete, organize, and download the whole project as a zip. The editor should have syntax highlighting, auto language detection, code suggestions, and a few nice theme and font options.

Also add a live group chat so people can talk while they code, plus presence updates when someone joins or leaves. If possible, include code execution inside the app, collaborative drawing, and a simple AI helper that can generate code and let me insert or replace text easily. Make it feel polished and easy to use, and look up current docs online if you need to.
