Build me a super simple browser based speed reading page called FlowRead that works from one HTML file and runs completely offline in the browser, no signup or backend. I want it to use RSVP style reading where words show one at a time so I can get through articles and documents faster.

Let me add content by dragging in a PDF, pasting a web link so it pulls in the article text, or pasting plain text or Markdown, and also uploading txt or md files. Give me controls for reading speed from about 50 to 900 words per minute, play and pause, jumping backward and forward, a progress bar I can click to seek, and a focus mode that hides the extra UI. Please add keyboard shortcuts for the common actions and an option to pause a little longer on commas and periods.

I also want a small library sidebar that remembers what I’ve added and saves reading progress in the browser so it’s still there next time. If you need details, look up current docs online.
