Build me a Streamlit app that lets me make simple stickman videos from a topic or idea and take it all the way to a finished YouTube upload.

I want to type in a prompt, have it generate a short script and scene plan, create matching stickman images for each scene, add a voiceover, subtitles, background music, and then render the final video. It should support a cheap slideshow style with smooth zoom motion, and if possible also a premium AI video mode.
