Build me a full ecommerce app with two separate experiences, one for shoppers and one for admins.

Customers should be able to browse products, search and filter them, open product detail pages with multiple images and size options, add items to a cart, change quantities, remove items, then check out with either cash on delivery or Stripe. They should also be able to sign up, log in, log out, and see their order history. Please include simple About, Contact, and newsletter pages too.

For the admin side, I want a secure login and a dashboard where I can add, edit, delete, and view products, including name, description, price, category, sub category, sizes, and images. I also want to see all customer orders and update order status as they move through the normal stages.

Use a modern React front end with a Node and Express backend, MongoDB for data, image uploads for product photos, and cookie based JWT auth. Set it up so it’s ready to run locally, and look up current docs online if you need to.
