saimanoj1605/mernworkbee ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a full MERN app called WorkBee, a simple local gig marketplace where students can find nearby work and local businesses can post gigs and manage applicants.

I want student and business sign up and login, profile setup for both sides, and a clean responsive interface that works well on desktop and mobile. Students should be able to browse gigs, open a gig detail page, apply, and see the status of their applications. Businesses should be able to create, edit, and delete gigs, review candidates, accept or reject them, and mark work as completed. Students should also have an earnings view based on completed gigs, without any payment gateway.

Please include protected routes, JWT auth, basic loading and empty states, and dashboards that show live data from MongoDB. Make the whole thing feel like a real working college project, with a polished UI and sensible error handling. Use current docs online if you need to.
