Build me a web app called ResearchHub AI that helps researchers organize papers and get AI help on top of them.

I want users to sign up and log in, create separate research workspaces, and upload PDF, DOCX, and TXT files into each one. Inside a workspace, they should be able to chat with the papers in plain English, get answers that stream in real time, and see which documents were used. Add a way to pin useful answers, and let people use voice input too.

Please also include tools that can look across the uploaded papers and point out contradictions, research gaps, and generate a literature review. Let users export the review as PDF, Markdown, or PowerPoint. It would be great if they can search arXiv and PubMed from inside the app and import papers directly into a workspace.
