sajmon91/greenTube ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple video sharing site called Green Tube where people can sign up, log in, upload videos, watch them, and leave likes, dislikes, and comments.

I want it to feel like a basic YouTube style app with a clean home page, a video page, and user accounts. Uploaded videos should be converted to MP4, have a generated thumbnail, and show the video length automatically. The app should use PHP with an MVC structure and store everything in MySQL. Please make the frontend work nicely with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript, and include the database setup from the SQL file.

Set it up so I can run it locally in something like XAMPP or WAMP, and make sure the config can be edited easily for database credentials and the site URL. If you need to check current docs for ffmpeg or anything else, go ahead and look them up.
