Build me the first working version of RecruitVerse, an enterprise recruiting app for both candidates and company teams.

I want a public marketing site, a logged in company dashboard, and a basic candidate experience. The product should help with resume upload and parsing, resume rewriting and tailoring, ATS style scoring tips, candidate search, pipeline tracking, interview scheduling, and simple admin views for tenants, roles, and audit history. Make the main flows feel real and usable, even if some AI features start as simple placeholders that can be improved later.

Use the stack already started in the repo, with the web app for the public site and company portal, Go backend services, and the Flutter apps kept as light scaffolds for now. Set up the core screens, basic API wiring, and local dev flow so I can run it end to end.
