Build me a full stack event booking app called Eventora where people can browse events, sign up, log in, and verify their account with an email OTP before they can use it. Users should be able to view event details, book free or paid events, see their booking status, and cancel bookings from their own dashboard. Every booking should also need a second OTP step so it feels secure.

I need an admin area too, but only for approved admin accounts. Admins should be able to create, edit, and delete events, manage bookings manually, confirm or reject requests, mark payments as paid or not paid, and see a simple dashboard with pending requests, total revenue, and confirmed paid users. Please include seat management so overbooking is prevented, email notifications after booking confirmation, and a clean modern UI that feels polished and easy to use.
