Build me a simple web app called Chai Adda for our college food hub so students don’t have to crowd around the counter. Students should be able to see the menu, add food and chai items to a cart, check the total, scan a QR code to pay, and then get a token number for their order.

After ordering, they should be able to track the token status in a clean way, with stages like Received, Preparing, and Serving. Make the interface feel lively and easy for students to use on mobile.

Also make an admin dashboard for the shop staff where they can see new orders, manage tokens, and update the order status so students see changes without refreshing. Keep it simple but complete enough to demo at college. Use the existing project setup and make sure everything runs locally without errors. Look up current docs online if you need to.
