Build me a dedicated custom extension repository for the Anikku app, mainly for anime and other media sources, so people can paste one repository URL into the app and instantly browse and install extensions. I want it to feel polished and easy to use, with a simple landing page, repository metadata, and generated index files including a lightweight minified one for the app to read.

Please make it automatically update whenever new extension builds are available from the source repo, so I do not have to manually rebuild or reupload things. It should keep the extension list, versions, and repo info in sync and publish everything through GitHub in a way that is reliable and fast.
