Build me a Hermes skill for turning Telegram website feedback screenshots into organized review rounds.

I want to be able to send in one screenshot at a time with a short caption, and have it save the image, read any tags or page paths from the caption, add a clear factual description of what’s shown, and keep everything in a numbered Markdown log by round. It should also be able to group feedback into a clean report, generate a PDF with the screenshots included, and keep image links relative so the files stay portable.

If possible, add simple commands for getting a report, checking feedback status, and redoing a specific item. I’d also like an option to copy finished rounds into a separate inbox folder for a coding agent to work from. Make it easy to set up locally and follow the usual Hermes skill format, and look up current docs online if you need to.
