Build me a service provider onboarding portal where providers can sign up, log in, fill out their profile, choose their service categories, add skills, set their service location, and upload a profile photo plus ID and address proof. They should be able to save changes before approval, submit their application, and then see whether they are pending, approved, or rejected, including any rejection notes.

I also need an admin side where an admin can log in, see a dashboard with basic application stats, browse all providers, search and filter them by status, open a provider’s full details and uploaded documents, and approve or reject applications. If an application is rejected, the admin should leave a short remark.

Please make it a clean modern web app with a React frontend and a Node and Express backend connected to MongoDB, with JWT login, role based access, and file uploads for JPG, PNG, and PDF. If you need to check anything, look up the current docs online.
