Build me a self hosted workspace app like a mix of Notion and a wiki, where people and AI agents can work in the same place with the same permissions.

I want pages, databases, comments, page history, search, and realtime editing with live cursors. A page should be able to turn into a table, board, list, gallery, calendar, timeline, or form, and support things like typed properties, links, backlinks, and uploaded files. It should also let agents connect through MCP and edit content, query databases, and import data, but not touch sensitive admin stuff like users, tokens, backups, or workspace settings.

Make it run as one installable app with one data file, easy to start locally or on a server, and ideally ship a web app plus a desktop window. If you need to check current docs or patterns, look them up online.
