Build me a full stack Visitor Pass Management System where different people can log in and only see what they’re supposed to see.

I want an admin dashboard to manage users and employees, view visitor reports, and check activity history. I want a receptionist area to register visitors, approve the flow of check in and check out, cancel visits, and search visitor history. I want an employee view where they can approve or reject visitor requests that are assigned to them. Visitors should always start as pending, and only approved visitors can be checked in, then checked out later.
