Build me a simple personal website for Samuel Catalano that can be hosted on GitHub Pages.

I want it to feel like a clean portfolio and CV page, with a strong first impression, a profile photo, a short bio, links to my resume and any social or contact links, and a polished look on both desktop and mobile.
