Build me a full stack app for two company aware agents, one for the buyer and one for the seller.

The buyer side should let a user start a buying mission, describe a need, compare eligible products, see the evidence behind the recommendations, and approve any protected action before it happens. The seller side should let a product team turn product knowledge into reusable evidence, manage versions of that evidence, and respond when there is a real fit.

I want the app to feel safe and governed, with clear approval steps, tenant aware access, and no stale or duplicate decisions even when multiple workers are running at once. Use a durable database for agent state, run the reasoning through a model service, and make sure the app validates every proposed tool action before it can read or change business data.
