Build me a self hosted video conferencing app with an AI voice assistant built in, kind of like a privacy friendly Zoom or Teams alternative.

I want a web dashboard where people can join or create rooms, chat, share their screen, upload files, and schedule meetings. It should also support a guest join page, meeting recording, background blur, and mobile friendly access. The AI agent should be able to listen to the room, transcribe each speaker, answer out loud, keep a memory of past meetings, and help with meeting summaries. I also want some remote desktop style control features for mouse and keyboard, plus basic contact management.
