Build me a Claude prompt toolkit called P2P v8C.2 for Russian speaking users. I want it to turn a messy user request into a strong prompt for Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, and GLM.

Make it feel like a ready to share release, not just one prompt file. It should have a chat version for Claude Projects and normal Claude chat, plus a Claude Code and Cowork version that can be packed into a plugin. Include clear install docs, a changelog, license, notices, and simple troubleshooting.

The system should use 8 named helper agents that review strategy, structure, logic, security, facts, code, integration, and final synthesis. Add commands like /p2p, /p2p quorum, /p2p scope, and an interactive /p2p teacher course for learning the system.

Please keep the wording practical and user friendly. Write the main docs in Russian. Add pack scripts for Windows and macOS or Linux, and look up current Claude plugin docs online if needed.
