I want to build a personal trend monitoring tool to help me cut through information overload. The main idea is to create a smart assistant that aggregates trending news and hot topics from various online platforms, and also lets me add my own RSS feeds.

The app should let me filter all this incoming information using specific keywords, so I only see content that's relevant to my interests. The coolest part should be the AI integration. I want it to use an AI to analyze the filtered articles, summarize them into a concise briefing, and even translate them if needed.

Finally, the most important part is getting these summaries. The tool needs to push these AI-generated briefings to me through different channels. Please make sure it supports sending notifications to Slack, Telegram, DingTalk, and email. The whole thing should be self-hosted, so let's set it up to run in a Docker container.
