Build me a pair of Android apps for a local farm marketplace, one for customers and one for farmers.

Customers should be able to sign up with email and password, see nearby produce from farmers close to their location, add items to a cart, place orders, and track order updates as they change. Farmers should be able to sign in, add products, update stock, see incoming orders, and move orders through the normal delivery stages. If a cart has items from more than one farm, split it into separate orders automatically.

Please make it feel clean and modern with Jetpack Compose, and keep the customer and farmer apps sharing the same design system and backend code where it makes sense.
