Build me a full stack pet adoption app where people can browse pets, submit adoption requests with a photo, and track the request as it moves from pending to approved to adopted. I want an admin area where someone can review requests, update the status, and delete listings when needed.

Make it feel clean and easy to use on desktop and mobile, with a simple home page, pet listings, contact or services pages, and forms for adoption requests. Store the data in a database, save uploaded images through the backend, and make the common pet listing pages fast with caching so they don’t keep hitting the database every time.
