Build me a Kubernetes operator for managing bare metal hosts, where Netbox is the source of truth. I want it to create and reconcile custom resources for Metal3 and IronCore resources, so the cluster always matches what is stored in Netbox.

It should be easy to deploy into a cluster, with CRDs, a controller manager, and sample manifests I can apply to test it. Please make it work with a Netbox URL and token, plus BMC credentials for the hosts. I’d also like a simple way to run it locally with Tilt or build and deploy it to a cluster with the usual make targets.

If anything needs current docs or best practices from the ecosystem, look them up online and use sensible defaults. The end result should feel like a real operator I can install, configure, and use to keep bare metal inventory and Kubernetes resources in sync.
