Build me a small command line tool that helps me keep my AI coding rules in one place and sync them to the coding assistants I use.

I already have a rules file like AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md in my repo, and I want this tool to detect what’s available, show me the current status, and then copy those rules into the right place for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, OpenCode, and Command Code when needed. It should also support syncing skills folders, let me choose specific agents or all of them, and give me a dry run mode so I can preview changes before anything gets written.

Please make it feel simple to use from npx, and make sure it avoids overwriting existing files unless I ask it to. If you need to check current agent file locations or behavior, look up the latest docs online.
