Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Hyprland infinite desktop tool that makes my floating windows feel like one huge canvas. I want to hold SUPER plus ALT and move my mouse to pan all floating windows together, then use SUPER plus the arrow keys to jump focus between windows in a smart way so it feels easy to navigate a busy desktop.

Please also include shortcuts to switch all windows between floating and tiled, move windows with the keyboard, resize windows with the keyboard, and move tiled windows around too. It should work with current Hyprland Lua config on 0.55 or newer, and I want a simple setup I can actually copy and use.

Give me the scripts, the hyprland.lua snippet to paste in, and clear install steps for Linux, including required packages, the input group permission step, where the scripts should live, and the chmod commands. If you need to, look up the current Hyprland docs online and make sure the whole thing works cleanly.
