I want to hold SUPER plus ALT and move my mouse to pan all floating windows together, then use SUPER plus the arrow keys to jump focus between windows in a smart way so it feels easy to navigate a busy desktop.

Please also include shortcuts to switch all windows between floating and tiled, move windows with the keyboard, resize windows with the keyboard, and move tiled windows around too.
