Build me PocketLedger, a clean modern personal finance tracker that works entirely in the browser and keeps everything private by default. I want users to add expenses with amount, category, date, and a short note, then see and delete their expense history.

Add a monthly budget section with a live progress bar, remaining budget, and a clear warning if they go over budget. Include simple spending insights like highest category, daily average spending, monthly summary, and a category pie chart.

Please include dark mode, a currency selector for USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, CAD, and AUD, and save everything locally so there’s no account, server, cookies, ads, or tracking. Also add JSON export and import so users can back up and restore their data.

Use React with Vite and make the UI feel polished, fast, and easy for a normal person to use. Look up current docs online if you need to.
