Build me a self hosted restaurant POS and ordering system for multiple locations.

I want staff to be able to manage tables, menu items, orders, reservations, shifts, reports, inventory, and users from one app. Customers should be able to scan a QR code, browse the menu, add items to a cart, place orders, and pay online at the table, with support for Stripe and maybe Revolut too. The app should update in real time so the kitchen screen and staff screens see order status changes right away. It should also support different restaurants using the same platform, with each one keeping its own data and settings.

Please make it work well in Docker, with a clean web front end and a solid backend, and include the basic screens for staff, kitchen, and customer ordering. If you need to check current docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
