Build me a simple task board app where people can sign up, log in, and stay logged in with a secure token. After logging in, each person should only see their own tasks. They should be able to add a task, edit the title by double clicking it, mark it done, set a priority, and delete it.

I want a clean dashboard with filters for all tasks, to do, and done, plus a progress bar that shows how much is finished. Make the app work as a full stack project with a React front end and a Node and Express back end using MongoDB for storage. Passwords should be saved securely, and login should last for about a week.

Set it up so I can run everything locally with one command after installing dependencies, and please make it easy to configure the database and login secret through environment variables. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online while you build it.
