Build me a secure temporary file sharing app where people can upload files without making an account, then share them with a short code or a QR code.

I want the sender to be able to add an optional password, set a download limit between 1 and 4, and have everything expire automatically after about 15 minutes. People should be able to upload multiple files at once, see progress while uploading, and then download files individually or as one ZIP if there are several. Make it so small files and videos can be stored in the cloud, while larger files are kept on the server temporarily, and everything gets cleaned up after it expires or after the last download. Also include a simple way to scan or open the QR code to receive files, and show clear file details before downloading.
