Build me a lightweight PHP imageboard like Tinyboard, something fast and easy to set up that runs on a normal web server with MySQL.

I want people to be able to browse boards, start new threads, reply with images, and use a simple moderator area to manage posts and boards. Please include an installer page so I can set it up in the browser, plus a basic admin login after install. Make it configurable, since I may want to tweak things like board settings, posting rules, and appearance later.
